Secrets in the Garden

In the Garden there were secrets too unbearable to face. And as deep as they were hidden, they could never be erased. In the Garden it was cloudy as a sign of all the rain. That the little flowers needed, just to wash away the pain. In the Garden there were weeds that were growing all around. Pesticide and roots so deep, trying to knock the flowers down. In the Garden there were secrets that needed to be revealed. No more darkness in the Garden, so the stems could now grow healed. In the Garden there are flowers that are beginning to sprout. For the Gardener has brought sunlight, and has withered the weeds out. Isaiah 61:11 "For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign LORD will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations".

Starting Over

I'm gonna start again I've been given a second chance. Gonna pull thru this time Jesus has paid the highest price. & If I slip or fall, I know he'll hear my call Because to you my Lord, I'm surrendering my all. I've made mistakes, that I cannot erase But the Lord showed me his mercy & his grace. My afflicted cries he heard & now I've given back my heart to him. Never imagined he would spread, my wings to soar so high above the sky, I'm gonna start again. He's built my home, upon that solid ground. He's my foundation that could never be knocked down. I see clearly now that he has opened up my eyes and set me free. He's my Saviour, he's my friend. He gave me a Beginning to my End, I'm gonna start again.

Her heart turned like ice, only to realize it was a trap. To be binded for life from ever encountering what she desired. It was a process in the making, overcoming a degree of pain and hurt. Trying to find the missing piece, yet it was in her hands all along. Emotional restoration with forgiveness in her heart. Life's lessons were not mistakes, only a part of her journey. And this is how she met with Peace, this Angel in the making. And it shall dwell in her soul, deeply embedded, as she goes on.

Reflections left behind

She wanted to feel but was numb. Years of bottled up pain and confusion only followed her. She was misunderstood, yet they were the repercussions of her actions. She longed to be loved only failing to realize she already was. How could she recognize the difference between what she can become and what she only saw. How could she be freed from that stronghold upon her? Her reflection in the mirror only sunk her deeper. How can she gamble on her faith when she feared losing? So much to gain, yet that first step was almost impossible to take. She could do it, she was told. She started to believe, started to hope, started to humble herself, started to open her heart. Letting her first True Love, the one that she was oblivious to, into her heart. She encountered a reflection of her past. So painful, yet liberating because her beloved was beside her. Her beloved made her a promise like no other she had heard before, and deep in her soul, she could sense the covenant would guide her, subside h...
