O' Samaritan Woman

O' Samaritan Woman,
bearing the agony of your shame.
As others pass you by,
not the least bit interested in knowing your name.
Hobbling around with a heavy load,
hopeless situation, brokenness is instead your price of ever being betrothed.
Bruised and nameless woman, tormented soul.
Longing for the pain to be drained.
Used and abused over and over again.
Conviction of your circumstance shifts upon you all the blame.
Reciting in your head,
"this could be him, he could be the answer to my dream."
Only to once again be let down,
left feeling worthless, stripping away the self to your esteem.
Along comes a man willingly,
breaking boundaries to meet her at her defiled site.
Unbeknownst to her, he has the power,
to step into her darkness and supernaturally call into existence light.
Release her from any suffering, Mercy and Grace restores,
and she stands redeemed.
Do you know the Samaritan woman I speak of?
Would you recognize her if she were standing next to me?
When you look intently can you see?
This Samaritan Woman that I speak of,
I am her and she is me.

John 4:28-29 28 Then, leaving her water jar, the woman went back to the town and said to the people, 29 “Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?”

Bless our children

A mother's eye can see beyond what no one else can see. A mother's vision becomes clear when her children become her dreams. She struggles as she tries her best to keep her children near. And as her children go thru trials, she'll wipe away their tears. She'll fight, she'll war, she'll sacrifice to meet her children's needs. But the best thing that a mom can do is fall down to her knees. Despite a mother's love which never has no end. The father whom created them will always be their friend. But what about the children who have nobody there? And every night they wonder why, nobody even cares? Lord look at them with mercy as you sit upon your throne. And build a hedge of protection so they'll never feel alone. And if our children stray unto a land that is unknown. The father who gave up his life will bring the prodigal home. Isaiah 11:6 "The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the year...

The Blueprint

What is this spirit of depression, oppression and rejection trying to take a hold of me? Don't you know what I've been called for? Who I serve? That at the name above all names you must flee!! You see, by the Blood I am sealed! By the spirit of a living God that is so real. Who speaks to the dry bones and makes them rise. Who parts the red sea before me canceling all lies! I walk ahead forgetting what is behind. A past that was only causing my soul to die. I arise, yes I arise. I know exactly who I am! The blueprint upon my life is in the hands of the Son of Man!! Psalm 59:17 "Unto you, O my strength, I will sing praises; for God is my Defense, my Fortress, and High Tower, the God who shows me mercy and steadfast Love."

Give me your Heart

Give you my what? How could you ask that of me? You who created all things, know all things, sees all things. How could you ask that of me? The time is now! But why now? Oh, but when I asked you to search me, I didn't think you'd mean what I wanted to forget. I gave you a portion, but now you want my whole? Be gentle. But isn't that what you are? Gentle in spirit. Deal with me as only you can. Spirit to spirit. Only you know the measure. According to the measure, you will provide Sufficient will it be to deal with the anger. The anger I can no longer conceal. You who created all things, knows all things, sees all things. And you saw what was tainting my heart. Is that the contamination you want to remove? Be gentle with me. But isn't that what you are? Gentle in spirit. Give you my what? And all I have to do is trust? So I take a deep breath. Breathe, imagine, wait, trust. How could I not trust the source? Abide in you I must. This is a safe place. Wholeness. Is this w...
